As client needs and digital technologies continued to rapidly evolve, the firm wanted to further modernize its application development capabilities to enhance agility, accelerate innovation, and provide seamless digital experiences.
The business aimed to modernize its application development capabilities to improve agility, accelerate time-to-market, and deliver more seamless digital experiences. Though they had successfully served clients for generations, they recognized that legacy systems and processes presented missed opportunities to engage with clients in new ways in today’s digital-first world. They wanted to adopt more cloud-native, microservices-based architectures to unlock new levels of speed, flexibility, and experience.

esynergy performed an assessment to identify dependencies and opportunities to optimize the organization’s technology landscape. We designed a reusable application platform, internally called the “App Store,” leveraging Azure Kubernetes Service and related cloud-native technologies.
Using Agile methodologies, we rapidly built and delivered working prototypes for feedback. We took an iterative approach to refine and enhance the platform. Our blended project team enabled knowledge transfer to upskill internal developers.
Throughout the engagement, we focused on transforming the end-to-end application lifecycle—from design and development to testing, deployment, and monitoring. The vision was for the App Store to be leveraged by teams across the organization to accelerate development of new applications.
