DevOps Excellence Awards 2024: Winners

LONDON, UK- March 15th, 2024 – esynergy is thrilled that, together with the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS), it has been awarded “DevOps Project of the Year” at the DevOps Excellence Awards 2024 last night. This prestigious award recognizes the transformative achievements in operational efficiency and technological innovation through the outstanding DevOps practices implemented in our joint engagement.  

The CPS and esynergy teams have together developed Casework App (Polaris), a transformational Case Management System (CMS) that streamlines processes, saves significant time, and introduces new efficiencies. This award-winning system has automated case handling, expected to save over 112,000 hours annually, and represents a leap forward in modernizing justice with secure, user-centric technology, paving the way for future digital innovations within CPS.
