Carlo Nebuloni is the Chief Data Officer of AXA UK & IR and was recently recognized as Data IQ 100 2023 Most Influential People in Data. With a background honed during his 11-year tenure at Accenture, where he specialized in insurance process and system design, Carlo mastered the art of managing complex projects in challenging environments. In 2007, he embarked on an entrepreneurial journey as one of the first employees at QUIXA, a startup, where he assumed responsibility for IT in a transnational setting. His career took a significant turn in 2013 when he was appointed COO at AXA UK Direct & Partnership. Under his leadership, Carlo transformed operations by introducing tele-sales, cross-selling, and retention value strategies. In 2016, Carlo assumed the role of Transformation Director for AXA UK and Ireland, driving digital and smart data initiatives to position AXA as the most customer-centric organization in the market.

Duncan is the Chief Data Officer at Northern Trust Asset Servicing, he comes in with a wealth of experience across 25 years in the financial services industry. He has held leadership roles in Technology, Sales and Product development, in BNY Mellon, HSBC and beyond. In HSBC Securities Services, he led the creation of the DataMesh the first Asset Servicing “Data as a Service” solution in the cloud in production and assisting clients.
