Carlo Nebuloni is the Chief Data Officer of AXA UK & IR and was recently recognized as Data IQ 100 2023 Most Influential People in Data. With a background honed during his 11-year tenure at Accenture, where he specialized in insurance process and system design, Carlo mastered the art of managing complex projects in challenging environments. In 2007, he embarked on an entrepreneurial journey as one of the first employees at QUIXA, a startup, where he assumed responsibility for IT in a transnational setting. His career took a significant turn in 2013 when he was appointed COO at AXA UK Direct & Partnership. Under his leadership, Carlo transformed operations by introducing tele-sales, cross-selling, and retention value strategies.
