Founded in 2013, using an enterprise .NET monolith on AWS – and now fully cloud-native on the Microsoft Azure cloud. The technology organisation has gone through an incredible journey of app and platform modernisation, whilst supporting the scale of a high growth fintech. This is a story of evolving a software architecture to support growth, but more importantly, the people and org changes needed to achieve desired outcomes.
