Overview
The Data Maturity Assessment is a short, structured session designed to give a clear, honest view of how well your organisation uses data today, and what needs to happen next to drive business value from data.
During the workshop, we work with key stakeholders to explore how data is currently collected, managed, shared, and used across the business. We look beyond technology and architecture alone, covering areas such as vision a d strategy, governance and compliance, quality and availability, and people and skills, to understand what’s working well and where friction or gaps exist.
The outcome is an instant visual view of your current data maturity, benchmarked against recognised best practice, with a number of suggested next steps, and a written report from a Data Expert on how this should be tackled in line with your business strategy. This helps create a shared understanding across teams, highlights priority improvement areas, and provides a clear, achievable roadmap for progressing data capabilities to drive true business value without over-engineering or unnecessary complexity.
