AI at scale: From ambition to operational reality
OXO2, OXO Tower Wharf, London
Getting an AI use case into production is only part of the challenge. Leaders must then make it reliable, governable and valuable, while expanding adoption without creating unnecessary cost, risk or complexity.
Join Tia Cheang from Investindustrial and Mike Jones from loveholidays, alongside further speakers to be announced, as they share how they are building, managing and scaling AI in their organisations.
They will bring experience from very different operating environments and stages of AI adoption. The discussion will explore what changes once AI moves into everyday use: where to invest next, what to scale, how to measure sustained value, where accountability should sit and what organisations need to get right underneath it all.
Expect practical examples, honest lessons and a conversation grounded in delivery rather than theory. Put your questions directly to the panel, then continue the discussion over food and drinks with technology and data leaders from across industries.
